Founded in Belgium in August 1981, the Orient Pirate Radio Group is an international 11-metre DX community united by a shared passion for radio contacts, friendship and cooperation across borders.
Over the years, the OP Group has brought together operators from different countries through the distinctive Oscar Papa callsign, international meetings, Special Event Stations, DX expeditions, IOTA activations and limited-edition QSL cards.
Today, the Group operates as an international network of Country Divisions. Each Division develops its own activities while preserving the history, values and traditions of the OP Group.
Through my website, members and visitors can discover the Group’s history, explore the Virtual Museum, follow current activations by Fabio and reconnect with the international Oscar Papa community.
